🎧 Getting Started
For Best Results:
- Use quality headphones or earbuds(especially binaural beats)
- Find a quiet, comfortable space
- Answer the questionnaire for personalised recommendations
- Start with 'default' moderate volume and adjust as needed - It is normal for slight audiable clicks if adjusting volume during play cycle due to tones being generated by an oscilator
- Binaural beats - default base frequency - 250Hz - use manual controls to set your own Base/Binaural frequency and the player with automatatically adjust your left/right frequency
- Want more control? - Use our custom control settings to guide your own intention
- Clear Cache: As we are always improving our application we have added an easy 'Clear Cache' button below to keep the application up to date
⚠️ Important Safety Notice
Do not listen to frequencies at high volumes. Prolonged exposure to 'loud' audio can cause hearing damage. Always start with our 'defult' low volume and increase gradually to a comfortable level.
